We finally did it! We ripped up the carpet in our dining room. As you can see, hardwood was underneath it, although it was under tar paper and linoleum tile! We had a guy come give us an estimate today to have it refinished; he starts either Saturday or Monday! Timothy and I are very excited to have this project underway. The part of the floor that is mismatched is the old intake for the air conditioner. Haven't decided exactly what to do there just yet.

Last Saturday was the Walk for Life to benefit the Pregnancy Center of Southwest Georgia. This is a picture of our team from our church.
