Sometimes...

...it takes a day (or in my case, a week) of being "under the weather" to realize what really matters in life. Life at the Scoonovers' house is quite busy, and this week, we've had to slow down. It has been one of my goals lately to really enjoy each day and not fill it with too many tasks or "things to do/complete." Thought about posting my list of New Year's resolutions... yes, I know, in February... but I believe now that I've had lots of time to think about it, I resolve to do just that one thing: TO REALLY ENJOY EACH DAY! How freeing!

Cooper is 18 months now and is so much fun. Almost 3 feet tall and 30 pounds, he is still such a happy child, and we are blessed to have him as our son. Each day is filled with dancing, laughter, the sound of little footsteps running down the hall, cheese, blocks, books, music, singing, balls, and lately foam letters. He truly enjoys life! Cooper teaches us a lot about slowing down and enjoying each day.

No updates in pictures... we haven't taken any with our camera in 2012. I guess that's what happens when we took so many during the holidays.

And lastly, just for the fun of it (and because they're super-popular): a few hilarious, vintage valentines. Enjoy!
